Cancellation policy

If you have pre-registered but are not able to attend the conference, you should send us a written notice and request for a refund. The date of cancellation will be the date the written request is received at the by Terhi Aittonen, at Lemminkäisenkatu 30, 20520 Turku, Finland. The notice should contain your name and address to mail any return check.

Cancellation Fee Schedule:

Until May 15, 2007	€ 25
May 15 – May 30, 2007	€ 150
After May 30, 2007	no refunding
In case of no-show	no refunding

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any event with reasonable discretion. In the event of cancellation by us, registration fees will be refunded in full.
