Call for Papers

About the Conference

This Conference examines the possibilities embedded in commercial contracting and Proactive Law for acquiring competitive advantage. It provides a forum to discuss how to vigilantly single out, reclaim, and seize these potentials for future success.

Commercial contracting in today’s global markets is a multifaceted area. This Conference will bring together Finnish and international experts, both practitioners and researchers, in the field. During this Conference commercial managers, project managers, in-house counsel, academic researchers and trainers of future managers and lawyers will hear success stories, discuss strategies, and seek order in the sometimes chaotic tangle of business and legal rules, preferences and practices and different corporate cultures and professional dialects.

III Paper Sessions

Submissions are invited from all areas and aspects of contracting and Proactive / Preventive Law. The Academic Committee particularly welcome papers discussing and introducing issues and current and innovative themes in contracting in today’s business forms such as the partnership, network, and lifecycle models, as well as in the governance mechanisms and other aspects of successful collaborative project design and management. Practitioners’ papers are welcome as well!
